Jennifer edwards

Jennifer started her professional career as a physical therapist in 2007 after graduating from OU's Health Science Center PT program. In 2014 she stepped down from her private PT practice after having her daughter. In 2018, Jennifer took her first reformer Pilates class and was immediately hooked, discovering that the principles of Pilates aligned perfectly with her passion for rehabilitation. In early 2020, she began her Pilates Instructor training through Balanced Body with Sarah and has completed her training in Mat and Reformer. Jennifer plans to continue her Pilates education with an end goal of becoming comprehensively certified in 2021 while maintaining her PT license.

She enjoys working with Pilates clients who are new to the practice, as well as those who are experienced, and she believes everyone can benefit from Pilates! When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their rescue pup Bailey.

diane stockton

Diane’s love of fitness and dance coalesced when she discovered dance aerobics after graduating from college. As a group fitness instructor with continuing education courses and conferences, she was introduced to Pilates and was immediately hooked! The benefits of Pilates including muscle strength and tone, as well as increased mobility and core stability, changed the way she felt and moved. Certification in Mat Pilates with The Physical Mind Institute, was followed by Reformer Certification through Power House Pilates. Three years later through Stott Pilates, Diane completed comprehensive training on all Pilates equipment, and received her Stott Pilates Level 1 Certification in 2010. In 2012, she earned certification through the Pilates Method Alliance. In 2013, Diane discovered the MELT method and she includes it in both group and private Pilates sessions. She is continuing her training and education in Melt and recently completed Level 4. It is her joy to work with clients to help them gain strength, tone and core awareness, as well as to reconnect with their bodies.
